Conquering Fears

Awesome shots, I love the lighting in the last shot of the lights with the aurora.
I always photograph St. Joe during the day, seems I need to get out there at night!
Guy,
As I stated before, these pictures are breathtaking. I’d really love to sit and watch how you capture these amazing images. You have a true gift my friend. How can one purchase one of these? Amazing!
I’m envious. Beautiful shots. I’m 80 and have long wished to view the aurora and try to take pix. I live in nearby Berrien Center and often go to the lighthouse to take sunset or other shots. Last week I went to the U.P. with a friend, and I read online of the likelihood of auroras, but our nights were not where we could readily view them, so we missed them, then saw online that the aurora had been photographed from the pier in St. Joe! What irony! I’ve considered signing up on spaceweather.com for the e-mail or phone notices, but I balk at spending the money when occurrences here would be so rare.
