		<description><![CDATA[I was a part of building that bridge &amp; watched it go up. 
Thank you for the chance to watch it go down, rather sad...  but I expected it would happen some day, the ground it was built on was part of the problem, and the state for not inspecting it on a regular schedule is the other part. 
Maybe if the States&#039; Bridge Inspectors would have walked around inside the bridge once in a while they could have prevented this. Lives were lost building that bridge (the ramp near the section destroyed) &amp; although the bridge may be useless, I will never forget.]]></description>
